10)       Final Reading of Bill No. 2954 amending the Land Use Regulations for Planned Development PD-97-001, known as The Cabins at Maple Creek.

 

11)       Final Reading of Bill No. 2955 approving an electric power easement to the Empire Electric District Electric Company pertaining to the Recreation Center property.   

 

12)       Final Reading of Bill No. 2956 approving an Intergovernmental Data Sharing agreement with Taney County for digital geographic data sets for the Geographic Information Systems Program.

 

13)       Final Reading of Bill No. 2957 authorizing an amendment to the Professional Engineering Services Agreement with Rozell Engineering Company pertaining to the Traffic Impact Study for Branson Hills Parkway and Missouri Highway 248.

 

14)       Final Reading of Bill No. 2958 approving the Comprehensive On-Site Public Infrastructure Development Agreement pursuant to the First Amended and Restate Redevelopment Contract for the Branson Landing Tax Increment Financing Plan and Redevelopment Area.

 

15)       Final Reading of Bill No. 2959 accepting the proposal of bid award between SMI-CO Construction, Inc. and the City of Branson pertaining to the Recreation Center Water Supply Well Project.

21)       Public Hearing and First Reading of Bill No. 2961 approving zoning of “C” Commercial for property owned by GV248, LLC, Branson, Missouri.

 

22)       First Reading of Bill No. 2962 authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to the Professional Engineering Services Agreement with Affinis Corporation pertaining to the design of improvements for the Route 76 intersections at Roark Valley Road and Route 65.

 

23)       First Reading of Bill No. 2963 approving a Sewer Services, Facilities, and Annexation Agreement with Missouri Partners Incorporated pertaining to the 265 Plaza Development Sewer Project.

 

24)       First Reading of Bill No. 2964 authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement to exercise power of eminent domain with Missouri Partners Incorporated pertaining to the Majestic Point Development Sewer Project.

 

BID AWARD:

 

25)       First Reading of Bill No. 2965 accepting a proposal of bid award to Grooms Office Enviroments and Sifford Office Products, Inc. for furnishings and fixtures for the new Recreation Center Complex of the City of Branson.

 

26)       First Reading of Bill No. 2966 accepting a proposal of bid award to Play Power L.T. for playground equipment for the new Recreation Center Complex of the City of Branson.

 

27)       First Reading of Bill No. 2967 accepting a proposal of bid award to Putnam Chevrolet, Tri-Lakes Motors, and Don Vance Ford for the purchase of vehicles for the City of Branson.

 

 

RESOLUTIONS:

 

28)       Resolution approving a Preliminary Subdivision Plat for Vintage Springs, Branson, Missouri.
