    Branson’s Annual Spring Cleanup week is just around the corner and residents are gearing up for spring cleaning throughout Branson neighborhoods. In its continued commitment to maintain the natural beauty of the Branson region, the City of Branson Public Works department will provide its semi-annual pickup service beginning Monday, April 17 thru Thursday, April 20, 2017. This service is provided as a courtesy to residents within Branson city limits, helping to dispose of large, unwanted items at no cost, including brush, limbs and other items not typically picked up by residential trash haulers like old appliances, furniture, and mattresses.

  1. ‘Responsible Alcohol Selling’ Class Required for Branson Businesses Selling Liquor

    ‘Responsible Alcohol Selling’ Class Required for Branson Businesses Selling Liquor will be held Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 9:30AM for restaurant managers, servers, cashiers and bartenders. The session will be held in Council Chambers at Branson City Hall and lasts approximately 1-1/2 hours. By City Ordinance, this training is required of all businesses selling liquor in the city of Branson and those in the process of obtaining a liquor license. The cost of the class is $5/person payable at training. Branson city code requires liquor license holders to provide alcohol education programs for all managers, servers, bartenders and cashiers selling alcoholic beverages within 60 days of date of hire and every two years thereafter. Each business manager must also maintain a list of these individuals and dates of hire and last training received. Neighboring communities may also attend!
