    This application is for residents interested in volunteering to serve on the Tree Board and is due to the City Clerk’s office by 4:30 p.m. on November 19, 2018.

  2. Appointment Authority:

    “…shall consist of five members, citizens and residents of the city, who shall be appointed by the mayor with approval of the board.” – Branson Municipal Code Sec. 66-170

  3. Duties

    “It shall be the responsibility of the tree board to assist in the development of a community tree management program for the care of trees on public property. Such tree management program and subsequent amendments shall be presented to the board and upon their acceptance and approval shall constitute a comprehensive city tree plan for the city. The tree board, when requested by the board, shall consider, investigate, make findings, report and recommend upon any special matter or question relating to trees.” – Branson Municipal Code Sec. 66-173
