Dozens of Branson High School students will be touring the City’s Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities the first week of April, observing the processes of both facilities as well as the City’s laboratory.
The City is excited to have the interest of our younger generation and help educate them about how Branson provides quality water and quality effluent from its wastewater facilities on a continuous basis for all residents and visitors.
There will be three groups of about 25 students April 3, April 10 and April 17 who will begin the tours at 8:00am at the Meadows Water Treatment Plant at 3718 Fall Creek Road. They will then move to the Compton Drive Wastewater Treatment Plant and Lab at 601 Compton Drive. Each tour will finish by about 12:30pm each day.
