The City of Branson and Branson Convention Center invites the public to a special dedication ceremony on Friday, November 11 at 1:15PM.
In collaboration with the Branson Arts Council, a press conference will be held in the south lobby of the Branson Convention Center following the Veteran’s Day Parade.
At this event, a 5’ X 8’ mural will be unveiled commemorating the 75th anniversary of the bombing of Pearl Harbor that took place on December 7, 1941, marking the beginning the U.S. involvement in World War II.
Known as ‘America’s Muralist’, artist Raine Clotfelter created this magnificent, multi-faceted canvas painting. The mural is a tribute to the many members of the artist’s family who have served our country in the United States Navy, as well as the service of the artist who served for sixteen years.
Celebrity entertainer Les Brown will be the Master of Ceremonies for this special event.
